Thanksgiving tomorrow….. Parades, football, Aunt Sue’s sweet potato pie and the Table… the famous table conversations… All topics are not equal. Some light fires and others just cause that sudden rush of blood to the head… oh no, we’re on the no no topics….Yes, we have the no topic zones.. politics & religion.

Certain topic are off limits. Life is not. Deep down we’re all excited about getting together. This year, I want to practice being in the NOW… At the end of the Day…Life… we are family. Yes, we all have wrinkles, pimples, but our smiles radiate when we see everyone together sharing a meal around the Table.. When we focus on our commonality, everything else becomes secondary…..
